These terms govern your use of zenplaytime.com and your purchases from ZenPlayTime. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and age grading

All products are intended for use by children under adult supervision. Age grading shown on each product page reflects the manufacturer's minimum age and applicable US safety requirements, including small-parts warnings for children under three. You are responsible for choosing products appropriate for the child who will use them and for following the manufacturer's instructions and warnings.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing or product errors, cancel an order, or limit quantities at our discretion; if we cancel an order after payment we'll refund it in full. Sales tax is charged where required. Promotional codes cannot be combined unless stated.

Product information

We do our best to describe products accurately. Natural wood varies in grain and color, and photographs may differ slightly from the item you receive. Developmental information on this site is general educational content, not medical or professional advice about your child.

Intellectual property

The ZenPlayTime name, logo, play guides, photographs and text are ours or used with permission and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZenPlayTime's liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for personal injury caused by a defective product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable US federal law.
