Ordering and shipping

Where do you ship? Anywhere in the United States. We're not shipping internationally yet.

How long does it take? Orders leave within 1–2 business days and arrive in 2–7 business days depending on where you are. Some products ship directly from the brand's own US warehouse; your tracking email will tell you which.

What does shipping cost? Free on orders over $50. Under $50 it's a flat $5.95.

Can I track my order? Yes. You get a tracking link by email as soon as the package ships, and you can follow it from the Shop app.

Returns

What's your return policy? 30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging, for a full refund. Open the box, look at it, decide. If it's been chewed, it's yours.

What if it arrives damaged? Send us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you, your choice, no return needed.

Who pays return shipping? We do if we made a mistake or the item is faulty. For change-of-mind returns we deduct a flat $6.95 label from the refund.

Choosing

My baby is between two age bands. Which do I pick? Go by what they're doing, not their birthday. Sitting unassisted and reaching with one hand is 6–9 months regardless of the calendar. Our stage finder asks three questions and points you to the right shelf.

What's in a Play Kit? Four to six toys chosen for one stage, plus a printed play guide with ways to use each one. Kits are priced below buying the pieces separately.

Are these Montessori toys? Many of them are used in Montessori classrooms, and we borrow from that tradition, but we choose by developmental evidence rather than by label.

Do you sell electronic or light-up toys? No. Nothing here needs batteries.

Safety

Are your toys safety-tested? Every product comes from a brand that certifies it to ASTM F963 and holds a Children's Product Certificate. Here's what that means and what it rules out.

Can I see the certificate? Yes. Ask us and we'll send the brand's CPC for that product.

Other

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes? Gift notes yes, at checkout. Wrapping is coming.

Can I talk to a person? Yes. Write to us and Zenia or Karel will answer, usually within a day.
